Take the busy work off your team

We find the tasks AI should handle in your business, then build the systems and keep them running.

No charge for the call, thirty minutes, no demo. If nothing is worth doing, we say so.

The problem

Manual work is eating your workweek

Copying data between systems. Chasing follow-ups. Waiting on approvals. It adds up to hours every week, and your business pays for every one. On the call we look at which parts a system should take over.

Hours lost every week

Data entry, follow-up reminders, approval chains, report building, status updates. Each one is small. Together they take a large share of the day, and you pay for it in slower projects, missed revenue and a tired team.

Fit

If this sounds like your week, we should talk

Work moves between systems that don’t talk. Your best employees spend hours on work that should run itself. Growing means hiring. That is the 10 to 200 person business this is for.

Our process

Three steps to take work off your team

The AI audit call comes first. Then we study how your team works, build the fixes and stay on to keep them working. You keep what each step produces.

  1. 01Weeks 1 to 2

    Find

We spend two weeks with your team, map where the time goes and rank the fixes worth making.

    Deliverable: the written operations map

  2. 02Weeks 3 to 8

    Build

We change the process, connect the systems you own, and automate the routine part.

    Deliverable: working systems, documented

  3. 03Ongoing

    Keep it working

We check the results against how the work ran before. We fix what did not land and line up the next project.

Deliverable: a results report you can check

What we do

Your AI department, from strategy to support

You don’t need to hire an AI department. We plan the projects, build the automations and integrations, and train your staff to run them.

  • AI strategy and roadmap

Decide where AI is worth using in your business, and where it is not. You get a ranked list of opportunities, each with its effort and likely payback. The first project is the one most likely to work.

    Strategy
  • Business process improvement

Find the steps costing the most time and money, then remove or redesign them. Your team gets those hours back for the work that needs a person.

    Process
  • Workflow and process automation

Work your team currently does by hand runs on its own. Exceptions get routed to a person instead of every single case landing on someone’s desk.

    Automation
  • Lead automation, routing, and management

Every inquiry gets logged, sorted, and sent to the right person while it is fresh. Nothing sits unread in a shared inbox over a weekend.

    Leads
  • Automated follow-up and lead nurturing

Buyers who are not ready yet still hear from you on a schedule. Nobody has to remember to send a thing.

    Leads
  • CRM optimization and integrations

Your CRM holds the same facts as the rest of the business. The systems around it write to it, so nobody types the same record twice.

    Systems
  • AI agents and intelligent business systems

A system carries a task, like an order exception, from start to finish. It decides inside rules you set and hands off to a person where it should.

    Systems
  • Custom AI software and internal tools

Sometimes no product fits the way you work. Then you get a tool built around your process, not your process bent to fit a product.

    Systems
  • Team training and AI education

Your team can run these systems without you in the room. They can also tell a good use of AI from an expensive one.

    Enablement
  • Implementation and ongoing optimization

After launch, someone still owns it. We keep each system running, fix what did not land, and go looking for the next thing worth doing.

FAQ

Questions about working with a fractional AI partner

Is this a sales call?

In part, and we would rather say so up front. The call is where a project with us starts, if one makes sense. One of our founders asks how your week runs and names the use cases worth doing. Nobody runs a demo, and the recap email puts the use cases in writing.

What does it cost?

The call costs nothing. After it, we price per engagement, because the Find phase and a build are different work. Find has a fixed fee, quoted in writing before it starts. A build is scoped per project. For qualified ecommerce cost reduction work, we can tie our pay to a share of verified savings instead of a fee. We tell you which model fits on the call.

Do we have to replace the systems we already use?

Not to start. We connect the systems you already own before proposing new ones. We look for lost hours between systems that do not talk to each other, not inside the systems themselves. Connecting them costs less and disrupts less than a migration. When a system does need replacing, we say so and explain why.

What if AI is not the right answer for our problem?

Then we say so. The fix can be a step removed, a handoff changed, or a tool you already pay for switched on. When AI is the right tool, we build it. Either way, you hear it on the call.

How much of our time does this take?

The call takes thirty minutes from you, or from whoever knows how the work runs. The Find phase needs a few hours from the people who do the job, early on, because they know where the time goes. After that the work sits with us, and we come back with findings, not homework.

What happens after something goes live?

We stay on it. We call that phase Keep it working. We check the results against how the work ran before the change, and fix the parts that did not land. Your team gets trained to run it, and we look for the next thing worth doing.
